the hotel location proved perfect for exploring. i walked to many nearby cafes and attractions. i found the hotel beautifully presented and thoughtfully appointed.
the sound insulation was average. i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff was helpful when our flight got cancelled. they accommodated myself and my mother when we were in a bind. it is walking distance to all the sites. it has the bonus of still being in a quiet area in comparison.

The staff were very friendly. She helped us to order a taxi for the train station. The bed is comfortable, and I slept very well. The hotel location is superb, and it is close to public transportation like the Metro and bus.
The sheets have dirty spots. Rooms are pretty small, this is typical for most european hotels, but the pictures made it look bigger.
